No reason to complain, overall quaint place.
Well decorated room with proper beds, the bedroom, for example. Comfortable and ideal setting, really close to the centre, a farm, very smelling and the on-site restaurant.

The room was airy and en suite, complete with shower, proper beds for the kids, for instance. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus. Excellent and beautiful location close to the forest of bowland, met requirements.

Overall delicious food.
If we return to Lancaster would stay there again. Fabulous and immaculately clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is perfect. The positives include marvellous and lovely location and parking onsite. One of tourist spots - St Luke's Church - is at a moderate distance from the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The hotel was ideally positioned in Lancaster, 15 minutes' walk to St Luke's Church. All the staff was welcoming, fixed my issues. The food was brilliant.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly welcoming.

Staying here for a stopover was comfortable, totally recommendable. The hotel was ideally located. Also, it was 3 km from a stone-arch aqueduct. We loved to spend 1 day in deluxe family suite. The staff was pleasant from arrival until we left.
No issues.
